The Rise of Sunderland in mid session.. From a Indian Follower

I use to follow Sunderland from late 90's. I love to watch "the Kevin Phillips" and whenever i got chance. There were sessions when i was barely following them (was without the means to follow them) but the keenness and the feelings never really gone. Then i religiously started following them from mid 2005-06 session. Phillips already left but i stayed with my affection for Sunderland. In the last few sessions i have experienced a similar cycle of hope and around this time of the year "broken hope".

This year things have changed a little (tongue check, optimism Check ,,, i do not want to jinx anything ). We have again high hopes per-session, but it did not take months to break down those hopes. Instead, it took only weeks. And surprise surprise, we started with rebuilding the "hope" in the same period where we very much use to lose it. What changed, Martin O'Neil. If Ellis known this earlier he would have signed him months ago if not years. And to be honest this was beyond any expectation (at least my expectation).

Everybody was saying that he was great in man management, got extraordinary skills in confidence boosting etc etc. I can feel it only now after realizing how good he must have been. I will take trip to meet him whenever i am down :). Any its really great to see the club doing great and we, the fans, are feeling great. Its for you that i am now looking forward to the first week of March.

Party with Marty Never Ends..
